  • To cancel or reschedule, please provide us with at lease 24 hours’ notice
  • Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid
  • Perth Health Collective reserves the right to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time without any penalty to you.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon

  • Refunds for services are at the discretion of Perth Health Collective and may only be considered in specific circumstances where the service did not meet professional standards of care.
