Sarah Davies has always had a passion for food and nutrition. As a clinical nutritionist, Sarah understands the importance of nutritional foundations. She approaches each client with a fresh perspective, working through each element of their health to create personalised, evidence-based treatment plans to support each client in achieving their individual health goals.
Sarah offers consults face-to-face in Mt Lawley, and online Australia wide.
Clinical Nutrition Expertise and Qualifications
Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutritional Medicine and is a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA). She has completed post-graduate training and mentoring in digestive health and holistic eczema management.
Throughout her time in clinical practice, Sarah has supported many clients through complex health conditions with amazing results. She is well-versed in supporting people with skin concerns such as eczema and psoriasis.

As a dedicated clinical nutritionist, Sarah aims to meet each client where they are – acknowledging any limitations or boundaries to care.
She utilises functional testing, dietary and lifestyle advice and nutritional therapies to create a care plan for each client that meets their unique needs.
She enjoys the challenge of piecing together puzzling pathology and functional test results to see the whole health picture.
Sarah does not promote restrictive dieting and utilises a health at every size approach.
