Deposit, Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deposit

To secure an appointment at Perth Health Collective, a deposit (50% of consultation fee) is required at the time of booking.

Payment

  1. Payment for services rendered is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed upon
  2. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and electronic funds transfer.
  3. Payment options will be discussed prior to or upon arrival of your appointment
    For services requiring multiple appointments or sessions, payment arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Cancellation

  1. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment
  2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may result in forfeiture of the deposit or may be subject to a cancellation fee
  3. Failure to provide any notice of cancellation and failure to attend the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit or may incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the missed appointment.

Refund

  1. Deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable unless cancellation is made in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above
  2. Refunds for services already rendered will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees
  3. In the event of dissatisfaction with our services, please communicate your concerns with us promptly. We will make every effort to address your concerns and find an amicable solution.

Exceptions

  1. In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of clinic management
  2. Refunds or adjustments for unused portions of prepaid services will be considered based on individual circumstances and with the approval of clinic management.
