Holly Moore is a degree-qualified clinical nutritionist, passionate about supporting clients on their journey to optimal health, tailoring her approach and treatment to each client.
Holly’s goal is to educate and empower her clients to take control of their health – with more self-love and less deprivation! She combines a direct, honest and compassionate approach with evidence-based strategies to support long-term results.
Holly offers consults face-to-face in Mt Lawley, and online Australia wide.
Clinical Nutrition Expertise and Qualifications
Holly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutritional Medicine and is a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA). She has completed postgraduate training and mentoring in gut health and the microbiome, SIBO management, PMDD, hormonal health and vaginal health.
Throughout her time in clinical practice, Holly has helped hundreds of people resolve long-term symptoms and rediscover their quality of life. She focuses on complex gut conditions, hormonal health, PMDD, and vaginal health.

She uses a combination of evidence-based dietary and lifestyle adjustments, functional testing and nutritional therapies to best support her clients achieve long-term and sustainable health.
